2313. And William Gilbert, of Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, Stamper and Piercer, has given the like notice in respect of the invention of “improvements in lockets.”

As set forth in his petition, recorded in the said office on the 23rd day of July, 1868.

CAUTION.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that Legal Proceedings will be taken against every Person discovered to be infringing the above Patent of Mr. WILLIAM GILBERT, either by manufacturing, selling, or having in his possession for Sale Lockets or other Articles made in infringement thereof.
