Intending to sell beer

THE LICENSING ACTS 1872-1904.

To the Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Aston in the City of Birmingham and to the Clerk to the Licensing Justices and the Superintendent of Police of the District in which the House and Premises hereinafter mentioned are situate.

I WILLIAM BOSWORTH residing at the junction of Couchman-road and Raymond-road Upper Saltley in the Parish of Aston in the City of Birmingham Carpenter DO HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that it is my intention to apply at the next General Annual Licensing Meeting in and for the City of Birmingham to be holden at the Victoria Courts Corporation-street in the said City on the 9th day of February 1905 for a Licence authorising me to hold an Excise Licence or Licences to sell by retail Beer under the Acts 11 George 4 and 1 Will 4 cap. 64 and Acts amending the same to be consumed off the premises at a house or shop in my occupation situate at and forming the corner of Couchman-road and Raymond-road Upper Saltley in the said Parish and City aforesaid.
