On TUESDAY next, the 22nd day of JANUARY, 1839, upon the Premises of Mr. THOMAS WALLIS, who is declining the Occupation of his Land, situated at ROWINGTON, Warwickshire;

THE Flock of Ewes, Theaves, and Tegs, 16 Dairy Cows and Heifers, 8 Horses and Colts, 8 Lots of Gears, 50 Lots of good Farming Implements, seasoned Timber, and 50 Lots of Dairy and Brewing Vessels; together with a part of the Household Furniture; also, 11 Ricks of Corn, Hay, and Clover, to go off the Premises; 3 Pockets of Hops, 20 Cwt. of New-milk Cheese, Bacon, Malt, and other miscellaneous Property.

The Sale must commence punctually at Ten o’clock, as the Lots for the day are exceedingly numerous.
