TO be SOLD by Private Contract, for the Remainder of a Term, in which 90 Years are yet to come: A Dwelling-House, No. 15, in Exeter-Row, Birmingham, late in the Occupation of Mr. John Baddelay, Junior, deceased, but now of the Reverend Mr. Willinger, with a Brewhouse and several Shops, in which 40 Pair of Hands may be employed, a Garden and other Conveniences, – Enquire of Mr. Baddelay, No. 13, Exeter-Row; or of Mr. Mainwaring, in Temple-Row, Birmingham.
