On Saturday, the 31st of December, 1825, at the house of Mr. Slater, known by the sign of the Tankard Inn, in Sandford-street, Lichfield, at five o’clock in the evening, subject to conditions,
THE following FREEHOLD LAND, the property of the late James Smart, of Lynn, near Lichfield:
LOT 1. – A piece of fine Turf Land, containing four acres, be the same more or less, situate at Crane-Brook-Bridge, near Ogley-Hay, in the parish of Shenstone, together with an extensive Common Right.
LOT 2. – A piece of Arable Land, containing about three roods, be the same more or less, situate near the Leopard Inn, on Shire-Oaks-Hill, together with the Common Right.
Immediate possession may be had.
