ALL Persons having claims or demands against the Estate of Mr. EDWARD LINGARD, late of Constitution-hill, Birmingham, Coffin Furniture Manufacturer, deceased, or against the late firm of “Edward and George Lingard,” are requested to send the particulars thereof to my office, in order that the same may be investigated and discharged; and all persons indebted to the estate of the said Edward Lingard, or to the said Firm, are desired to pay their respective debts to me forthwith.
