LOT 4. – (By direction of the Trustees under the Will of Benjamin Wheeler, deceased.) – The Well-built FREEHOLD HOUSE and PREMISES, with MANUFACTORY, known as “ROSE COTTAGE” and “ROSE WORKS,” No. 135, Park Road (nearly opposite Albert Road), Aston, built by the late Mr. Wheeler, and in his occupation till his decease.
